Phiss takes the fact that they're going on a interstellar train ride rather well, all things considered. Hey, he's used to going around space. He casually read through the pamphlet like a science-fiction short store before putting it down and taking a nap on the train. Hey, if they were going to kill him, they would've done it already.

"What is a Nobody?
A Monster?
Nothing?
Not Quite.

To truly understand what a Nobody is, you first have to understand how they are created. They are created when the Heartless, hearts that are corrupted by darkness and transformed into monsters, lacking a body or soul.



Heartless as well as many Nobodies have a total lack of emotional capacity, but are drawn to beings with hearts, most often those from the Realm of Light, but they do attack anyone if provoked. When a Heartless attacks and devours the heart of someone, the body and soul are sundered, and both a Heartless and Nobody are born. As Nobodies lack hearts possessing light and darkness, they are “nothing” yet still exist. Most Nobodies assume malformed, inhuman shapes, but some retain their appearance and/or personality when they reawaken.Often times they start out unable to remember anything, except shadows as if through a mirror, darkly. Sometimes doing things that are merely echos of their past life, even if they don't find them productive, often times they are a bit introverted, have obsessions and disorders.



Now you have the concept that they are but unfortunate casualties of the war of heartless upon all creatures with hearts. Upon being defeated, a Nobody fades into a state of non-existence, unless its Heartless counterpart is destroyed and, with the captive heart and body released, recreates the original being they were splintered from.

So therefore, the easiest way to bring someone back from being a Nobody, is to find their Heartless, a task upon itself. Then destroy it... then destroy the Nobody, at which point the original will be recreated.

The Organization called, aptly “The Organization” has been the leading Nobody presence, and attempts to track down heartless of those that became Nobodies, and attempt to bring them back to their original form. This requires keybladers assistance, such as King Benny. Most members of The Organization control one type of Nobody suited to their fighting style, they are not to be considered hostile, and will only obey the Nobody they serve. Unless you do something stupid, even the most violent and dangerous ones will not harm you!"

Leon doesn't touch the pamphlets, for the moment. Oh, no. He's far too enthralled in trying to prevent his brain from hurting. "Okay. Right. Disney Castle. It couldn't possibly be the same guy." He very pointedly ignores the floating letters. "Aaaaand we're in space, on a train. Nothing weird about that."

He takes a deep breath, and sighs. "Okay. First off. Carke, right? I have some questions. Apparently everybody around here is getting presents from strangers who have intimate knowledge of us." He fiddles with his Diigivice first, activating the storage function and withdrawing the toy. "What is this, and how deep should I bury it in my storage box before forgetting it ever existed?"

Carke will make a Psyniscience test on the toy ((Target 48)) ((Rolled 80, 4 Failures!!)) "I would prefer to inspect it in my workshop. I have certain tools and, more importantly, defenses set up there. We should be arriving shortly."

Voice of Morgan Freeman comes over the Intercom.

A Map of the entire city appears on the wall, loading the local map.

"Oh fuck me that's Disneyland."

"No. This is Disney Castle and its surrounding lands. Disney Land is a theme park. It is a copy of this. This came first".

Ono just looks out the window, eyes agape under his solid black sunglasses. He didn't say anything, just waited for the train to land. The pamphlets were in no way enough to explain this.

Phiss snorted uncouthly when the intercom came on to the soothing voice of Morgan Freeman, the little pamphlet plastered on his face. Dear lord. That voice is the voice of a Precursor that doesn't hate me.

"Ugh." He said, blinking up and waving his hands around to disperse the 'Z's around him. Getting out of idle mode always bothered him. He looked out the window to the train. "Nice Castle." He said off-handedly.

Leon's face contorts, briefly, in an expression of utmost horror and confusion.
Then, suddenly, his expression becomes unreadable. "So. This is what going mad feels like."

Dante quirks an eyebrow. "You routinely visit a world where skyscrapers grow out of cliff sides, this is treated as normal, and this of all things bothers you?"

The train pulls up to the station... where a steel plated building sits, that sells tickets, a small slot would be there, but it too has been covered in giant steel plates, although it has an internal hinge, and may be able to open from inside. A man in a Black Cloak stands inside, and waves to the train as it stops at the station. A couple individuals stand at the platform, awaiting the arrival of the next train.

Ono finally looses it himself, and pulls out a set of headphones. Within moments they are blaring metal into his ears, drowning out most noise.

(Leon rolls a Willpower Test at -30. Result: 22. Success.)

Leon takes a deep breath, closes his eyes, and composes himself. There is a job to be done. I can go crazy later. There is a job to be done. I can go crazy later.

"Leon, I think it's just best to-"

"I'm okay. I need time to rationalize this, but for the moment, I am going to operate under the assumption that this is a dream, and my life has not descended into madness. It's not a perfect solution, but until I can come up with an explanation I'm going to go with it." Leon stands, exiting the car.

"... As you wish."

Carke will use //Mind over matter// to lift up Ono's headphones ((Target 78 + 20 for constant motion)) ((Rolled 14, 10 success!!!)) "If you will all follow me I will take us past the security checkpoints. Please keep your weapons inert and stowed away. And do not pull out the 'favors' until I ask you too. In the case of a heartless attack you will of course be allowed to use your weapons to defend yourself and others." Carke then places the headphones back on Ono's head. He will then step out to take the brunt of Shrek and Donkey before the others have a chance to follow. Carke will also shoot King Benny a message on the ki. It reads "Clothes now."

Phiss exits the train, hand never too far away from the hilt of his sword. He's not planning on starting anything, but is damn well prepared to end it. He gave a little wave towards the short, quadrupedal figure and a tall, husky figure before being cut off by Carke. Eh. Whatever.

"So, uh. Do we need to buy tickets, or are we fine?"

Disney castle stands like a Beacon in the distance... many shops and buildings lie between here and there, each with colorful characters standing around them. Main Street is packed with stores.

The Sun slowly sets... and the stars appear, an odd formation of stars is in the sky today... twinking and turning, most odd indeed... a sense of dread nags at the back of your minds. However, nothing bad seems to happen.

Shrek is currently eating some beetles that landed on his arm. He then scratches his butt and burps.
"Now that's what I call a snack on the go... ok Donkey... lets board."
He pulls out two tickets and hands it over to the guy at the ticket counter. Who shrugs, as if he doesn't know what use a ticket for a donkey would be, but he has seen everything. As Shrek is about to say something, the ticket counter has a megaphone stick out.

"ALL HAIL THE GREAT AND POWERFUL CARKE, CHIEF ADVISOR TO HIS ROYAL MAJESTY KING BENNY AND PROPHET OF THE DANCING FLAME!!!!!"

Meanwhile the guy in the booth covers his ears from the loud racket... swearing under his breath. He yells at the people on the platform who just arrived.

Ok... all of you, get off the platform, so our next guests can arrive!

Donkey, having taken shelter behind Shrek, sticks his head out.
"And People called me... of all people, a loud ass."

Shrek and Donkey chuckle, as they go into the Car.

Ono nods, and follows Carke, keeping one hand in his pocket, and dragging Tao with the other.

Carke winces and motions for the party to follow. The nagging feeling quickens Carke's step. Something is not right. All of this is becoming TOO strange. The items, this new party, and this damn nagging feeling that makes his mote twitch. A sure sign that something is wrong. Carke casts his gaze out, not only to what is around him but what is about to be, what could be, what may be. ((Casting //Telekinetic Shield// PR2 and //Preternatural Awareness// PR2)) ((Targets are 88 and 78)) ((Rolled 58, 5 Successes!)) ((Rolled 54, 4 Success!)) ((Maintaining both spells))

Carke yells the words of a spell as if they were a swear as an orb appears in hand. ((Casting //Precision Telekinesis//)) ((Target number 78)) ((Rolled 97!!! Spending Not. point to re-roll!!)) ((Rolled 32, 6 success!)) Almost fumbling the spell in his surprise Carke uses telekinesis to cause the Orb to hover in between his hands. "New plan. Weapons out. Do not touch the orb." Carke will carefully gaze at the orb with his sight before looking to the sky. ((Using Psyniscience)) ((Target 48)) ((Rolled 54, 1 failure!)) ((Will stop sustaining //Telekinetic Shield//)) ((Will sustain //Precision Telekinesis//))

As you attempt to caress the orb with psychic telekinesis it vanishes... not knowing where it went to. The group cannot see, nor did see what appeared in your hand. Was it all in your mind?

Leon looks up into the sky... and, well, his thoughts are no longer filled with keeping himself sane. "That's... not good, is it..."

Then, the call for weapons to be out reaches his ears, and with reflexes only a trained soldier could manage, gun and Digivice are both in hand, Dante dropping into a crouch with frost collecting at his fingertips... "What the hell..."

(Dante is testing Awareness, listening for any potential threats. Also if anything smells not-right. Target number: 45. Roll: 37. 1 degree of success. He also has a readied Half Action if anything overtly hostile appears to use Diamond Shard.)

Phiss looks up. Well, that's odd. Then again, he's not used to seeing the sky. "Hey, uh." He mentions under his breath. "Um. Is that supposed to be like that?" The itch on the back of his neck reminded him that it would probably behoove him to keep a hand on his trusty sword. Come on, sweetie. We might have work to do.

Carke swings around to face Phiss. "I need to talk to Duke. Now." Carke looks around. "And we need to get inside the castle. We must inform King Benny." He considers things for a moment while he draws his staff from its sling on his back. "First we get inside. Then we contact Duke."

Phiss didn't quite expect that of all things. "Um. O... 'Kay." He pulled out a little clunky PDA from his right satchel and typed out a message. He slipped it back into his satchel. "There. I sent him a message saying you wanted talk to him. He should get back to you momentarily." Why did Duke come up again? Was it important? What just happened? What the hell is going on?
